INSTITUTE OF TEACHERS ACT 2004 - SECT 16

16 Institute to maintain roll of teachers

(1) The Institute is required to maintain, in printed or electronic form (or both), a roll of teachers for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The roll of teachers is to consist of 2 parts, namely:

(a) the electoral list, and

(b) the accreditation list.
