INSTITUTE OF TEACHERS ACT 2004 - SECT 12
Establishment and function of Quality Teaching Council
(1) The Quality Teaching Council is established by this Act.
(2) The function
of the Council is to provide advice to the Institute in relation to the
exercise of the Institute’s functions under this Act.
