INSTITUTE OF SPORT ACT 1995 - SECT 4
Constitution of Institute
(1) There is constituted by this Act a body corporate with the corporate name
of the New South Wales Institute of Sport.
(2) The Institute is, for the
purposes of any Act, a statutory body representing the Crown.
