Constitution of Corporation
4 Constitution of Corporation
(1) There is constituted by this Act a corporation with the corporate name of
the Infrastructure Implementation Corporation.
(2) The IIC is a statutory
body representing the Crown and has the status, privileges and immunities of
the Crown.
