New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn any question relating to the custody or education of a minor in which is any conflict or variance between the rules of equity and the rules of the common law with reference to the same matter the rules of equity shall prevail in all courts exercising jurisdiction under this Act.
