INDEPENDENT COMMISSION AGAINST CORRUPTION ACT 1988 - SECT 111D
Complaints by public officials
(1) A public official may complain to the Inspector about conduct of the
Commission, an officer or former officer of the Commission or an
officer of the Inspector. Note : Protections may be available under the
following provisions to public officials who make a complaint under this
section-- (a) the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022 , Part 3--if the
complaint is a public interest disclosure,
(b) Part 8A--if the making of the
complaint is protected action within the meaning of the Part.
(2) In this
section--
"conduct" includes an act or omission.
"public official" has the same meaning as in the Public Interest Disclosures
Act 2022 .
