New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere the holder of a lease the rent of which has been reduced under this Act notifies his intention to convert the lease into a purchase under section 145 of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act 1913 , the amount of the purchase money in respect of the lease shall be determined in accordance with section 147A of that Act as if the rent had not been so reduced.
