IRRIGATION AREAS (REDUCTION OF RENTS) ACT 1974 - SECT 12
Offence
12 Offence
(1) A person shall not make a wilfully false statement in an application.
Penalty: $200.
(2) A penalty imposed by subsection (1) may be recovered in a
summary manner before the Local Court.
