"Administration" means letters of administration whether general, special, or
limited, or with the will annexed or otherwise, and includes an order to the
NSW Trustee and Guardian to administer.
"Estate" includes both real and personal property.
"Personal representative" means the executor original or by representation or
administrator for the time being of a deceased person.
"Will" includes codicil.
