New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere any Imperial enactment not repealed by this Act has been repealed (whether expressly or impliedly), confirmed, revived, or perpetuated by any Imperial enactment hereby repealed, the first-mentioned repeal, or the confirmation, revivor, or perpetuation shall not be affected by the repeal effected by this Act.
