Name of Act and commencement
1 Name of Act and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the Imperial Acts Application Act 1969 .
(2)
This Act shall, except where otherwise expressly provided, commence upon a day
to be appointed by the Governor and notified by proclamation in the Gazette.
