Permit not required to deliver stock to pound
46 Permit not required to deliver stock to pound
It is not necessary for a stock permit to be in force under the
Rural Lands Protection Act 1998 for the purpose of having any stock (as
defined in Part 10 of that Act) delivered to a pound under this Act.
