IMPOUNDING ACT 1993 - SECT 30
Records to be kept by impounding authority
(1) An impounding authority must keep a record of each impounded item received
at a pound that it operates.
(2) The record for each item must describe the
item, show when it was received and contain details of its release or
disposal.
(3) The regulations may prescribe the form and contents of the
record and require other records to be kept by an impounding authority.
