HUNTER WATER ACT 1991 - SECT 9
Dissolution of Hunter Water Board
(1) The Hunter Water Board is dissolved.
(2) The assets, rights and
liabilities (if any) of the Hunter Water Board immediately before its
dissolution are transferred to the Ministerial Corporation.
(3) Section 5
applies to that transfer in the same way as it applies to the transfer of the
Hunter Water Board’s business undertaking to the Corporation.
