HUNTER WATER ACT 1991 - SECT 18D
Cost of audit
18D Cost of audit
(1) The Corporation is required to pay to the Treasurer the cost (as certified
by the Tribunal) involved in and in connection with carrying out the
operational audit of the Corporation.
(2) Without limitation, the
operating licence may include terms and conditions relating to the
determination of the cost of carrying out the operational audit.
