HUNTER WATER ACT 1991 - SECT 15
Term of operating licence
(1) The initial term of the operating licence is to expire on 30 June 1995.
(2) After the initial term, the Governor may renew the operating licence for a
maximum of 5 years at a time.
(3) The operating licence may be renewed even
if its term has expired.
