HUNTER WATER ACT 1991 - SECT 11
Corporation to be same legal entity as Hunter Water Board
(1) On the dissolution of the Hunter Water Board, the Corporation is taken for
all purposes including the rules of private international law to be a
continuation of and the same legal entity as the Hunter Water Board.
(2) This
section does not affect any transfer of assets, rights and liabilities under
section 6 or 9.
