HUMAN TISSUE ACT 1983 - SECT 21G

21G Unauthorised persons prohibited from carrying on a business of supplying semen

(1) A person shall not:

(a) carry on a business of supplying semen, or

(b) participate in the management of such a business,

unless there is in force in respect of that business an authorisation in writing issued under section 21I.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an exempt supplier.
