False calls for provision of ambulance services
67G False calls for provision of ambulance services
A person who requests the
provision of an ambulance service knowing that no ambulance service is in the
circumstances required or likely to be required by any person is guilty of an
offence.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
