63A Criminal and disciplinary matters concerning employees of non-declared
affiliated health organisations
(1) In this section,
"non-declared organisation" means an affiliated health organisation that is
not a declared affiliated health organisation.
(2) The provisions of Part 2
of Chapter 9 apply, with such modifications as are necessary, to and in
respect of a non-declared organisation and its employees in the same way as
those provisions apply to and in respect of a declared affiliated health
organisation and the members of the NSW Health Service who are employed under
Part 1 of Chapter 9 in connection with the declared affiliated health
organisation.
