Charter for area health advisory councils
29 Charter for area health advisory councils
(1) The Minister may, by order
in writing, establish a charter for area health advisory councils.
(2) The
text of a charter established under this section must be published on the
internet website of the Department of Health and on the internet websites of
each of the area health services.
(3) In exercising its functions, an area
health advisory council must comply with the requirements of the charter.
(4)
A charter established under this section may include a code of conduct to be
observed by members of area health advisory councils.
