Chief executive to manage and control affairs of area health service
24 Chief executive to manage and control affairs of area health service
(1)
The affairs of an area health service are to be managed and controlled by the
chief executive of the service.
(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the name
of, or on behalf of, an area health service by its chief executive is taken to
have been done by the service.
