A person must not obstruct or hinder--
(a) the Minister, or
(b) the Health Secretary, or
(c) any authorised officer, or
(d) any other public official,in the exercise of any function conferred by or under this Act for the purposes of any inquiry, investigation, inspection or report.
: Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
