Personal liability of members of boards of statutory health organisations133B Personal liability of members of boards of statutory health organisations
A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by--
(a) a statutory health organisation, or
(b) the board of a statutory health organisation, or
(c) a member of the board of a statutory health organisation, or
(d) a person acting under the direction of such an organisation or board,does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purposes of executing this or any other Act, subject such a member or person personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
