14 Provision of financial counselling and legal assistance to
HomeFund borrowers
It is the duty of the Minister to ensure that HomeFund borrowers who are
eligible to participate in the restructuring scheme, but who are not yet
participating in that scheme, are given access to impartial financial
counselling and legal assistance services.
