296 Records relating to registration and accreditation
(1) This section
applies to a record of a local registration authority for a health profession
in a participating jurisdiction that relates to the authority's functions in
relation to the following--
(a) the registration of individuals;
(b)
Note :
This paragraph is not applicable to New South Wales.
(c) accreditation of
courses that qualify individuals for registration.
(2) From the transfer day
for the participating jurisdiction, the record is taken to be a record of the
National Board for the health profession.
