Undertakings and other agreements
291 Undertakings and other agreements
(1) This section applies if,
immediately before the participation day for a participating jurisdiction, an
undertaking or other agreement between a person registered under a
corresponding prior Act and the local registration authority for a health
profession was in force.
(2) From the participation day, the undertaking or
other agreement is taken to have been entered into under this Law between the
person and the National Board established for the health profession.
