173 Establishment of Impaired Registrants Panels [NSW[#93]
(1) There are to
be Impaired Registrants Panels established for the purposes of this Law.
(2)
A Panel has and may exercise the jurisdiction and functions conferred or
imposed on it by or under this Law or any other Act.
