156D Re-assessment [NSW[#93]
(1) Without limiting section 156C, a
Performance Review Panel may direct that a registered health practitioner's
professional performance be re-assessed at a future date.
(2) A Council must
have one or more assessors conduct that assessment, when it is required, and
report to the Council on the assessment.
(3) The Council may take any action
in respect of that assessment that is available to the Council under
section 155C, including requiring a Performance Review Panel to conduct a
further performance review in relation to the practitioner.
