152H Practitioner or student entitled to make representations [NSW[#93]
(1)
A registered health practitioner or student who is the subject of an inquiry
by an Impaired Registrants Panel is entitled to make oral or written
representations to the Panel about the matters being or to be the subject of
the inquiry.
(2) This section does not prevent the Panel from conducting an
inquiry in the absence of the registered health practitioner or student to
whom it relates, if the practitioner or student has been given notice of the
inquiry.
