Commission may refer impairment matters to Council [NSW[#93]
152A Commission may refer impairment matters to Council [NSW[#93]
(1) If the
Commission becomes aware of a matter the Commission considers indicates a
registered health practitioner or student has or may have an impairment, the
Commission may refer the matter to the Council for the health profession in
which the practitioner or student is registered.
(2) This section does not
affect the functions of a Council in relation to a complaint made to the
Commission or a matter referred to the Commission for investigation.
