Referral of mental health matters to Executive Officer [NSW[#93]
151 Referral of mental health matters to Executive Officer [NSW[#93]
(1) If
a registered health practitioner or student is found to be a mentally ill
person or a mentally disordered person in accordance with section 27 of the
Mental Health Act 2007 , the person prescribed by the NSW regulations must
cause notice of that fact to be given to--
(a) the Executive Officer of the
Council for the health profession in which the registered health practitioner
or student is registered; and
(b) the National Board for the health
profession in which the registered health practitioner or student is
registered.
(2) The notice, and the way in which the notice is given, must
comply with any requirements prescribed by the NSW regulations.
