HEMP INDUSTRY ACT 2008 - SECT 7

7 Application for licence

(1) A person may apply to the Director-General for a licence.

(2) An application for a licence must:

(a) be in the form approved by the Director-General, and

(b) be accompanied by such fee (if any) as may be approved by the Director-General to cover the costs associated with the assessment and determination of the application, and

(c) contain such information and particulars as are prescribed by the regulations, and

(d) contain such other information, and be accompanied by such other documents, as the Director-General may require to determine the application.
