Police officers to be inspectors
20 Police officers to be inspectors
(1) A police officer may exercise the functions of an inspector under this
Act.
(2) A reference in this Act (other than in section 18 or 19) to an
inspector includes a reference to a police officer in the course of
exercising, as referred to in this section, the functions of an inspector.
