HEMP INDUSTRY ACT 2008 - SECT 18
Appointment of inspectors
(1) The Director-General may appoint any person, or persons included in a
class of persons, to be an inspector or inspectors for the purposes of this
Act.
(2) The Director-General may, in and by the instrument of an
inspector’s appointment, limit the functions that the inspector may exercise
under this Act.
(3) An inspector is, to the extent to which the inspector is
exercising functions as an inspector under this Act, subject to the control
and direction of the Director-General.
