Suspension of licence
15 Suspension of licence
(1) The Director-General may, if the Director-General is satisfied there may
be grounds for revoking a licence, suspend the licence by giving the licensee
a written notice stating that the licence is suspended. The regulations may
specify other grounds on which a licence may be suspended by the
Director-General.
(2) The suspension of a licence continues until either: (a)
the licence is revoked under section 16, or
(b) the Director-General gives
the licensee a written notice stating that the suspension is lifted.
(3) The
authority conferred by a licence ceases to have effect during the period that
the licence is suspended.
(4) However, the Director-General may authorise a

in accordance with the conditions of the licence, any low-THC hemp that was in
the possession of the licence holder immediately before the suspension took
