HEMP INDUSTRY ACT 2008 - SECT 12

12 Conditions of licence

(1) A licence is subject to:

(a) such conditions as are imposed by this Act or prescribed by the regulations, and

(b) such conditions as may be imposed by the Director-General, at the time the licence is granted, renewed or transferred or at any later time, and specified in the licence.

(2) A condition imposed by the Director-General after the licence is granted, renewed or transferred takes effect when written notice of the condition is given to the licensee, or at such later date as may be specified in the notice.

(3) The Director-General may at any time, by notice in writing to the holder of a licence, vary or revoke a condition of the licence imposed by the Director-General.
