HEMP INDUSTRY ACT 2008 - SECT 10

10 Determination of licence application

(1) The Director-General is to determine an application for a licence:

(a) by granting the application and issuing a licence to the applicant, or

(b) by refusing the application.

(2) The Director-General is to give the applicant written notice of the determination of the application. However, the Director-General is not required to give any reasons for his or her decision.

(3) The Director-General’s decision in relation to a licence application is final and is not subject to review.
