Protection of Trustees and Company
9 Protection of Trustees and Company
(1) Payment by the Trustees in accordance with this Act of any amount shall
not constitute a breach of trust by the Trustees.
(2) Payment by the Company
in accordance with this Act of any amount shall be deemed to be a payment made
in furtherance of the objects of the Company.
