H.M.S. ENDEAVOUR TRUST FUND ACT 1968 - SECT 5

5 Approval of claims

The Trustees shall not approve a claim under this Act unless the person making the claim satisfies the Trustees:

(a) that he is a donor, and

(b) as to the amount of his donation.
