HIGHER EDUCATION (AMALGAMATION) ACT 1989 - SECT 7

7 Conservatorium of Music (Sydney branch)

(1) The property of the Conservatorium of Music that relates to the Conservatorium of Music (Sydney branch) is vested in the University of Sydney (subject to any trusts or conditions subject to which it was held immediately before the commencement of this section) to be applied by the University for the purposes of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music established under section 42 of the University and University Colleges Act 1900 .

(2) The University of Sydney has the control and management of land that was under the control and management of the Conservatorium of Music in relation to the Conservatorium of Music (Sydney branch) immediately before the commencement of this section.
