HIGHER EDUCATION (AMALGAMATION) ACT 1989 - SECT 24

24 The Institute of Technical and Adult Teacher Education

(1) The property of the Sydney CAE that relates to the Institute of Technical and Adult Teacher Education is vested in the University of Technology, Sydney (subject to any trusts or conditions subject to which it was held immediately before the commencement of this section) to be applied by the University for the purposes for which the University is established.

(2) The University of Technology, Sydney, has the control and management of land that was under the control and management of the Sydney CAE in relation to the Institute of Technical and Adult Teacher Education immediately before the commencement of this section.
