HIGHER EDUCATION (AMALGAMATION) ACT 1989 - SECT 14

14 The City Art Institute

(1) The property of the Institute of the Arts that relates to the City Art Institute is vested in the University of New South Wales (subject to any trusts or conditions subject to which it was held immediately before the commencement of this section) to be applied by the University for the purposes for which the University is established.

(2) The University of New South Wales has the control and management of land that was under the control and management of the Institute of the Arts in relation to the City Art Institute immediately before the commencement of this section.
