HOME CARE SERVICE ACT 1988 - SECT 7AA

7AA Certain functions to be exercised in accordance with Disability Services Act 1993

Division 2 of Part 2 of the Disability Services Act 1993 applies to financial assistance provided under this Act in the same way as it applies to financial assistance provided under that Act if the assistance is to persons or organisations for whom financial assistance may be provided under that Act.
