HOME CARE SERVICE ACT 1988 - SECT 10
Delegation by Service
10 Delegation by Service
(1) The Service may delegate any of its functions (other than this power of
delegation) to any officer of the Department or an authorised person.
(2) In
this section,
"authorised person" means any person employed under Chapter 1A of the
Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 in the Government Service to
enable the Service to exercise its functions.
