Consultation between Commission and Director-General
94 Consultation between Commission and Director-General
(1) The
Director-General must, if requested to do so by the Commission, consult with
the Commission with respect to matters arising under the administration of
this Act.
(2) The Commission must, if requested to do so by the
Director-General, consult with the Director-General with respect to matters
arising under the administration of this Act.
