94 Consultation between Commission and Health Secretary
(1) The Health
Secretary must, if requested to do so by the Commission, consult with the
Commission with respect to matters arising under the administration of this
Act.
(2) The Commission must, if requested to do so by the Health Secretary,
consult with the Health Secretary with respect to matters arising under the
administration of this Act.
