Delegation of functions
90E Delegation of functions
(1) The Director of Proceedings may delegate the
Director's functions with respect to a particular complaint, other than this
power of delegation, to any officer of the Commission.
(2) An officer of the
Commission to whom functions are delegated under subsection (1) is not, in the
exercise of the functions, subject to the direction and control of the
Commissioner.
