Notifying professional councils of complaints
10 Notifying professional councils of complaints
(1) If a complaint made under this Act to the Commission is made against or
directly involves a health practitioner who is or has been a registered health
practitioner, the Commission must notify the appropriate professional council
of the complaint.
(2) The complaint is to be so notified as soon as
practicable after it is made.
