HOMEFUND COMMISSIONER ACT 1993 - SECT 7
General functions
(1) The Commissioner has the functions conferred or imposed on the
Commissioner by or under this or any other Act.
(2) The Commissioner may do
all such things as are supplemental or incidental to the exercise of the
Commissioner’s functions.
