Application of Act
38 Application of Act
(1) This Act applies to a HomeFund mortgage entered into before the date of
assent to this Act as well as to a HomeFund mortgage entered into afterwards.
(2) A complaint may be made under this Act even though the mortgage to which
the complaint relates has been discharged.
